Refund & Service Policy Letter

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for choosing EcoBlast Mobile Services — where we bring luxury-level detailing and eco-friendly pressure washing directly to your location. Your satisfaction is at the core of what we do. This letter outlines our Refund & Service Policy so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your appointment.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours. We will gladly return for a free re-clean or issue a credit toward your next appointment.
To ensure the highest quality resolution, we may request photos of the concern.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance incur no fee.

  • Cancellations under 12 hours are subject to a $20 convenience charge.

  • If our technician arrives and cannot access your vehicle or property, we consider this a no-show, which is not eligible for a refund.
     

3. Weather & Emergencies

Our team monitors local conditions daily. If severe weather or an unforeseen emergency prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
If your vehicle becomes dirty due to weather immediately after service, contact us. We’ll work with you on a fair solution.
 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

While we stand behind our work, refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Cosmetic issues caused by pre-existing damage, like faded paint or deep stains

  • Conditions affected by weather after service is completed

  • Undisclosed issues, including excessive pet hair, biohazards, or unsafe surfaces
